Steeping Guidelines

1. Use one heaping teaspoon per cup of water.
2. Heat fresh, filtered water to approximately 165 to 185ºF.
3. Add loose leaf tea to your tea infuser, teapot with built in strainer, or French press.
4. Pour water over tea, ensuring there is enough room in the infuser for the tea to move.
5. Steep for 2 to 5 minutes.
6. Remove tea infuser or pour tea into your cup - over-steeping can cause tea to become bitter.
7. Add sweetener or milk if desired.
